• Yes, you are most welcome to visit our showroom in Al Quoz for a test ride. We’d be happy to assist you in finding the perfect bicycle for you.

• A general service should be done at least once or twice a year, especially for regular riders. This can include checking and tuning the brakes, gears, and wheels, and ensuring the bike’s overall condition. If you are a very regular rider or you ride in harsh conditions then a service might be needed more frequently. Luckily this is something that we provide with our very own Adam Bike Service. Whether you need a quick tune-up or a more extensive repair, we’re here to ensure your bike is always in top shape. • We have teamed up with Go with the Floooow. They offer cycling lessons, especially for Adam Bike customers who want to learn about their new Adam Bike. Please contact us for more information.

• There are 2 different brake options: Coaster and Handbrake. Coaster is a pedal back option plus handbrake, whilst Handbrake is just the double brakes operated by hand. Please see this short video on Youtube to find out more. A summary of the different models and their brake options: 
• Our kids bikes have 2 options: coaster + handbrake.
• Our adult bikes just have a coaster brake + one handbrake. 
• Our electric bicycles all come with both front and rear handbrakes. 
• Our Cargo Bike has a front + rear handbrake. 


• A balance bike is a great way to introduce young children (1.5 to 3 years old) to cycling. It’s designed to help them learn the essential skills needed for riding a traditional bicycle without the complexity of pedals or training wheels. The main goal of a balance bike is to teach balance and coordination by allowing kids to focus on gliding and steering with their feet.

• As balance bikes help children in the age range of 1.5 to 3 years develop balance and motor skills, they are the best foundation for learning to ride a bike. Tricycles are great fun for the little ones until they are ready to ride the real thing.

• Our lithium batteries can have at least 1,000 charging cycles.

• Our electric bicycle batteries will be fully charged after 4-6 hours. The average range per charge is approximately 70km, depending on the style of riding.

• Our cargo bike can comfortably transport 4 children wearing seat belts, making it a fantastic option for family outings or daily commutes. If you need extra space, you can purchase an additional seat for the rear carrier of the bike, allowing you to take up to 5 kids with you.

• The child seat - front is suitable for children up to 15kg in weight. The child seat - rear can hold a maximum of 25kg. The Junior seat is designed for children of a maximum of 35kg in weight.


• You won't need to assemble the bicycle yourself! We have our very own mechanic who will take care of assembling your bike, so you don’t have to worry about anything. However, if you prefer, you can also receive your bike unassembled in a box, and you can put it together yourself. The choice is yours!


• We aim to fulfil all orders within the UAE within 48 hours of order confirmation. Orders that need to be delivered within the GCC will be shipped by one of our third-party forwarders. The average lead time for orders outside the UAE, still within the GCC, is a maximum of 14 days.

• Our bicycles are considered 'Dutch Style' because they feature the key design elements and functionality typical of traditional Dutch bikes, which are built for comfort, practicality, and everyday use. Apart from the design, here’s what makes them stand out:

• Sturdy and Durable Build:
- Built for daily use, our Dutch-style bikes are made with robust frames and components, ensuring they can handle various weather conditions and heavy loads, such as carrying groceries or kids in the cargo area.

Practicality:
- Our Dutch-style bikes include useful features such as a rear carrier, front carrier, bell, frame lock, steering lock and lights. We offer additional accessories such as front baskets and child seats, making them well-suited for safe and practical transportation.

• 1-year warranty on non-electric bicycles*. This includes the frame as well as the mechanical parts. 


• 2-year warranty on electric bicycles*, providing you with extra peace of mind for your e-bike’s motor, battery, and electrical system.*Please take good care of your bicycle. Misuse of the bicycle can void the warranty.

• Yes, you can exchange the bicycle if the size is incorrect, as long as it has only been used indoors and shows no signs of use or damage. You are free to exchange it for a different size or colour within 14 days of your purchase. We want to make sure you get the perfect fit, so feel free to reach out if you need to make any adjustments!

If the bicycle is in great condition and still part of our current collection, we may decide to accept it in exchange for the next size up. Please contact us for more information.
