What's the difference between pedal assist and a throttle bike?
Pedal assist responds to your pedaling effort. The motor adds power only when you're pedaling. You control how much assist you want through six levels on the LCD. A throttle bike has a handle you twist without pedaling. We chose pedal assist because it keeps you actively cycling, just with more efficiency.
How far can I ride on a single charge?
Real-world range depends on your weight, terrain, and assistance level. Expect 40-60 km on a single charge in typical Dubai conditions with moderate assistance. Full assistance on hilly terrain will reduce range. Full charge takes around 4-6 hours with our standard charger.
Is an electric bicycle legal in Dubai?
Yes. Electric bicycles with motors under 250W are legal for personal use on public roads in the UAE. The Electric 28" meets these specifications. Always follow local traffic rules and wear a helmet.
Is this bicycle good for commuting?

What's the warranty on the battery and motor?
The battery and motor are covered for 2 years. The frame gets 1 year coverage. Other mechanical parts have 6 months warranty. We stand behind the electrical system.
Can I ride it like a regular bicycle if the battery dies?
Technically yes, but it's heavier. The electric components add weight, so riding without battery assist requires significantly more effort. That said, the pedal assist and battery management mean you're unlikely to fully drain the battery and get stranded.

The Electric 28" arrives fully assembled and ready to charge. It includes the battery, charger, LCD panel, front and rear lights, reflectors, steering lock, and horseshoe lock. Just charge it and ride.
